The operator of this website is DOMUS DECOR (NUIS/NIPT: M31907011C). Domus Decor AL is used as the public brand name and for customer contact.

Domus Decor AL uses information provided by customers to handle product enquiries, advice, delivery, showroom collection and complaints.

What information you may provide

The website may ask for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email, city, project type, product codes, quantities, wall measurements, project notes and delivery or collection preferences.

If you continue in WhatsApp, you may also send photos, measurements, documents or other details directly through that service. These are not uploaded to our website through a separate form.

How information is collected

The forms and shopping bag on this website prepare a WhatsApp message. The website does not finalise orders or process online payments.

The message is sent only after WhatsApp opens and you confirm sending it. Until then, the details are used on your device to prepare your enquiry.

Why information is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, compare products, help with quantities and codes, confirm prices and availability, arrange delivery or collection and handle complaints.

We do not use form details for newsletters or personalised advertising, as the website currently has no marketing-consent mechanism.

Basis for processing

Processing is based on steps you request before a possible purchase, performance of a confirmed agreement, applicable legal obligations and reasonable operational interests in protecting the website and customer communication.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it under applicable law.

WhatsApp and third-party services

WhatsApp is a third-party service. When you continue in WhatsApp, its terms and privacy practices apply to transmitting and storing messages.

The website uses Google Maps for the showroom location and Google Fonts for typography. It currently uses no advertising pixels or online payments.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is used only if configured by Domus Decor AL and you accept analytics in the privacy notice. Without this choice, the website does not load the Google Analytics script.

When analytics is accepted, measurements may include page views, general interactions, products or categories opened, catalogue searches and clicks to WhatsApp, phone, email or the map. These measurements do not intentionally send your name, phone, email, address, city, measurements, project notes or WhatsApp message text.

Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. You can change it using the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future measurements in that browser and the website attempts to remove its analytics cookies, but data previously sent cannot necessarily be withdrawn through the website.

Google Analytics is a third-party service and measurement data is also handled under Google's terms and privacy practices.

Shopping bag and browser storage

The shopping bag is stored temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage so selected products remain during navigation and refreshes in the same tab, but do not persist into a new visit after the tab or session closes. Privacy preferences are stored in localStorage so your analytics choice is respected. This information stays on your device and can be removed by clearing the bag, preferences or browser data.

Local storage is not a cookie and is not used for advertising tracking.

How long information is kept

Information is retained only as long as needed to respond to an enquiry, manage the business relationship, handle complaints and fulfil applicable legal or accounting obligations.

A specific retention period will be stated clearly if the business establishes a formal internal period for these enquiries.

Who information may be shared with

Information may be accessed by authorised Domus Decor AL staff, people assisting with delivery or technical services where necessary, and public authorities where legally required.

Personal data is not sold for advertising.
